Fort of Bard is accessible by car taking the Aosta Valley\u2019s state road (SS. 26), or by motorway (A5) with exit points at Pont-Saint-Martin to the south and Verr\u00e8s to the north (6 km and 9 km respectively from Bard).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Car Park for our Guests<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Multi-storey car park at the foot of the fortress<\/p>\n<p><strong>BY TRAIN<\/strong><br \/>The nearest train stations (along the Turin-Aosta route) are Pont-Saint-Martin and Verr\u00e8s. From there pick-up a bus along road SS. 26 towards the village of Bard and get off at the bus stop at the foot of the fortress. If you are travelling by a local train get off at Hone-Bard Station, 500m from the fortress.<br \/>Until 2026, the route is undergoing electrification work.
